The third leg of the NCBA U.S. Kids Golf Fall Local Tour will tee off this Sunday, September 7th, at Limuru Country Club, drawing more than 100 junior golfers aged 5 to 18.
Both boys and girls will battle it out in age-appropriate categories as they continue their pursuit of Priority Status points, which open doors to prestigious international events such as the U.S. Kids Golf Regional Invitational and Regional Championships.
The Fall Tour teed off at Ruiru Sports Club before moving to VetLab Sports Club in August, with Limuru now set to host the next chapter.
Jointly organized by U.S. Kids Golf and the Junior Golf Foundation Kenya, the series has quickly become a cornerstone in nurturing the country’s next generation of golfing talent.
Speaking ahead of the weekend, NCBA Group Managing Director John Gachora emphasized the bank’s commitment to the growth of golf at all levels:
“We are in for yet another busy weekend. The KAGC Series continues at the Coast while the third leg of the Fall U.S. Kids Golf Tournament takes place in Limuru. Through our sponsorship of the NCBA Golf Series, the KAGC Series in partnership with KGU, and junior events like the U.S. Kids Spring and Fall tournaments, we are proud to support the development of golf in Kenya and across the region.”
He added, “These tournaments are not just about competition, but also about building friendships, celebrating the sport, and nurturing the next generation of champions. We are delighted to be at the center of it all.
