The curtain will fall on the Mombasa leg of the NCBA U.S. Kids Golf Fall Season this Sunday, November 16, 2025, with the highly anticipated Tour Championship at Nyali Golf and Country Club.
A total of 58 junior golfers — 43 boys and 15 girls — aged between 5 and 18 years will compete across various age categories for championship titles and coveted Priority Status points.
The Mombasa Tour Championship follows the Nairobi edition held earlier this month at Muthaiga Golf Club, where James Tino impressed with a 3-under-par finish in the Boys 9 category, while Hakeem Mutungi topped the season standings in the same division.
NCBA Group Managing Director John Gachora reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to developing junior golf, saying, “We are delighted to conclude the season at the Coast. “
“The talent we’ve witnessed across the tours is incredible, and NCBA will continue investing in pathways that allow our young golfers to grow and compete at higher levels.”

Jointly organized by U.S. Kids Golf, the Junior Golf Foundation Kenya, and NCBA Bank, the Mombasa championship caps off a spirited season designed to nurture and showcase Kenya’s budding golf talent.
In Nairobi, standout performers included Adam Nesbitt, who clinched the Boys 12 title after consistent wins throughout the season, and Ashley Gachora, who played even par to seal the Girls 11–12 crown with 260 points.
The NCBA U.S. Kids Golf Tour continues to play a crucial role in shaping the future of junior golf in Kenya, giving young players a platform to learn, compete, and thrive in the sport.
